Biometric Data: Heart rate, HRV, breathing patterns, and other health metrics are processed locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud features.

Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics (feature usage, crash reports) to improve the app. No personal identifiers included.

Account Data: If you create an account: email address and display name only.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate bio-reactive audio, visuals, and lighting responses
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Provide customer support when requested
• Process purchases and manage licenses

3. Data Storage & Security

Biometric data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. If you enable cloud sync, data is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption. We use TLS 1.3 for all network communications.

• Apple HealthKit / Google Health Connect: Read heart rate and HRV with your permission
• Payment Processors: Stripe/Apple Pay for secure transactions
• Crash Reporting: Anonymous crash logs to fix bugs

• Deletion: Request complete data deletion
• Portability: Export your data in standard formats
• Opt-out: Disable analytics at any time in settings

6. AI-Generated Content

Any content you create using our AI tools belongs entirely to you. We retain no rights to your creations. You may use, sell, remix, or distribute your content without restriction.

7. Children's Privacy

Echoelmusic is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
